Welseek supplies and installs network and entertainment hardware for international residents in China. Our website is welseek.net and you can reach us at info@welseek.net.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in and the message itself. If you order, we also keep the delivery address and the contact number needed to arrange installation.

We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not store payment card details on this website.

Why we keep it

To answer your enquiry, to arrange delivery and installation, to provide support during the subscription, and to keep the records required for warranty service.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses functional cookies for login, forms and preferences. If analytics is enabled, it is used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful; we do not sell or share visitor data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site, such as the contact form, may stop working correctly if you do.

Who we share it with

Couriers and installation partners receive only the details needed to deliver or install your equipment. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to two years. Order and warranty records: for the warranty period and any period required by accounting rules.

Your choices

Write to info@welseek.net to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
